An elegant hotel with a very very good service (it is the highest priced hotel on the list). At the Suryagarh you will feel like a real Maharaja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose this hotel to stay in Jaisalmer, make sure you have free time to enjoy the gardens and swimming pool of the complex. You should also not miss the typical dishes of the area in its restaurant \"The Leyend of Marwar\"<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although this hotel is not 5 star (and neither is its price), I add it to this list as it has more than earned it for its service and facilities and is one of the most charming hotels I know of in Jaisalmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is 1km from the Fort and has all the services you may need in a hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable<\/strong>. The architecture of this hotel respects to the maximum the style of the region and the principles of Vastu Shastra. <\/a><\/strong>Every corner of the house is designed with great care and charm...a jewel of a hotel<\/strong> and at a very good price for what they offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This hotel complex is a fortress in its own right and behind its walls you will feel like in a Bollywood movie<\/strong> with many turbans, camels and elephants. The price is quite lower than the first hotel on this list and still you get a movie stay (one of the best luxury hotels in Jaisalmer). This hotel is worth your time, relax and enjoy its services. It is located 67km from the city of Jaisalmer (between 50-60 min drive) so it is not the best option if you want to be close to the most popular areas to see in Jaisalmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This majestic hotel is only 5 km from the Jaisalmer Fortress (about 15 minutes by car). Although its exterior is more impressive than the interior decoration, the service is good and if you book in advance you can get very good prices<\/strong>. The restaurant offers a menu with regional dishes that are very worthwhile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the finishes are very well done, this hotel does not have the same authenticity as others (perhaps because it belongs to a multinational chain). That said, the fact that it is a Marriott gives you the guarantees of cleanliness, service and details of hotels in this range<\/strong>. Its location is very good<\/strong> only 2 km from the Fort (about 15 min on foot). The bed is brutal (very comfortable)<\/strong> and the rooms are modern in style with some very subtle details of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
