If you don't have mangoes, you can use frozen mangoes or mango pulp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yogurt:<\/strong>\u00a0As long as it is natural, it can be made with whole, semi or skim milk yogurt, but I recommend whole milk yogurt. Greek yogurt also goes very well for making\u00a0<em>lassi<\/em>\u00a0but you will have to modify the consistency with more milk as it is thicker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Milk:<\/strong>\u00a0milk allows you to adjust the consistency so that it is not so thick. You can substitute honey or other natural molasses for the sugar. If you use frozen mango you do not need to add ice.
